A Tinubu Support Group known as South West International Frontiers For Tinubu (SWIFT) has come out to warn the Presidential candidate of the PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar against visiting Yoruba land to campaign.
Spokesperson of the group, Alhaji Tunji Bamidele issued this statement yesterday in Abeokuta following the visit of Bola Tinubu to Former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
The group also warned any Yoruba man or woman against campaigning for Atiku in Yoruba land or stand a chance of facing severe consequences.
According to the group, Yorubas must support their son in whom they are well pleased and every son and daughter must abide by this decision or face the wrath of the Land. It is the turn of the South West so we reject the North and her candidate Atiku Abubakar and forbid any Yoruba man or woman from campaigning for a northerner in any parts of Yoruba land.
Atiku Abubakar and the PDP are also banned from campaigning in the South West as this is a no go area. Power must return to the South West, he said.
Tinubu’s Presidential ambition is in fulfilment of the ambition of Obafemi Awolowo and Moshood Abiola and all efforts must be made by the good people of the South West to ensure that this becomes a reality.
