In Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, a building collapse in the Sabo area sparked panic on Sunday.
According to a resident named Alaran, who is a member of the Nigeria Hunters and Forest Security Service, the collapse occurred suddenly, accompanied by a loud sound.
Although the building was reportedly unoccupied, it was frequented by people for activities like smoking or gambling. Thankfully, prompt responses from the police and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps led to the rescue of two individuals who were trapped in the rubble.
