The NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) has reaffirmed that its suspension of biometric clearance and Community Development Services (CDS) remains in effect. This clarification comes in response to a misleading circular circulating on social media, which the NYSC has denounced as fraudulent.
The NYSC emphasized that any official updates will be communicated through proper channels, not through social media.
The statement, issued by Eddy Megwa, Director of Information and Public Relations, also reassured Corps members of the NYSC’s commitment to their welfare and warned against any attempts to protest.
The NYSC will address any stipend adjustments once authorized by the appropriate authorities.
