FG moves to recover Nigerians private jet in France.

The Nigerian government is actively pursuing diplomatic and legal avenues to recover three presidential jets that were seized in France due to an outstanding debt.

The debt, incurred by Ogun State in a contract with a Chinese company, led to the attachment of the aircrafts, which were undergoing maintenance in France.

The Nigerian Office of the National Security Adviser and the Attorney General’s office are addressing the situation, arguing that the jets, as sovereign assets, should be immune from such actions.

The Nigerian authorities are working to reverse the seizure and resolve the underlying dispute through appropriate legal channels.
