Joe Ajaero, President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has declined the Nigeria Police Force’s invitation due to prior commitments.
His lawyers, Falana and Falana Chambers, communicated this in a letter to the Inspector General of Police, stating that Ajaero received the invitation too late to adjust his schedule.
The Police had summoned Ajaero over serious allegations including criminal conspiracy and terrorism financing.
