IPOB accuse Nigerian security force operating secret detention centers against it’s members.

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has alleged that Nigerian security forces are operating secret detention centers where they hold and mistreat Biafra activists and other detainees.

According to IPOB’s spokesman, Emma Powerful, these centers are reportedly involved in severe human rights abuses, including torture and organ trafficking.

The group has listed various locations, including military bases, police stations, and prisons across Nigeria, as suspected detention sites.

IPOB is calling on the public to inquire about missing relatives at these alleged locations and has claimed that the Igbo ethnic group is disproportionately targeted. They have also pointed out ongoing cases of missing IPOB members from as far back as 2016.
