Ogun State Commissioner for Education, Science, and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu, urged educators to adopt modern teaching methods and engage in interactive, interesting classes to enhance student learning.
During a stakeholders meeting at Lisabi Grammar School, he emphasized the importance of preparing and committing to innovative teaching. Arigbabu also highlighted plans to integrate agriculture into schools for funding and introduce woodwork into the curriculum to support entrepreneurship.
Special Adviser Ronke Soyombo encouraged creativity and strong teacher-student relationships, while Permanent Secretary Mrs. Oluwatosin Oloko stressed adherence to policies and being role models. Union leaders expressed gratitude for the addition of new teachers to the workforce.
