The Federal High Court is set to resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 16, 2024, following its annual vacation, which began on July 23. The break, originally scheduled to end on September 13, was extended due to a public holiday for Eid-ul-Maulud.
The Chief Judge, Justice John Tsoho, announced the vacation in July, providing the court’s vacation schedule and the roster for vacation judges. During the vacation, litigants with urgent matters were directed to the Abuja, Lagos, and Port-Harcourt divisions, where designated vacation judges handled cases.
