Orji Uzor Kalu, the Senator for Abia North, has addressed rumors of his death, stating he is alive and well.
He explained that he took a two-month leave for personal study, with permission from Senate President Godswill Akpabio. Kalu clarified that he attended courses focused on democracy and the economy, funded by himself.
He emphasized that he neither had any medical issues nor underwent a check-up, and humorously noted that if people believe he has died, he is thankful nonetheless.
