The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) in Akwa Ibom has called for a strike starting from midnight Wednesday in response to the recent fuel price hike.
Workers are directed to stay at home until further notice as part of their protest against the rising cost of living and its impact on livelihoods.
This action reflects growing discontent among labor groups regarding economic conditions in the region.
