Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has praised the inclusion of African countries like Nigeria in the BRICS alliance, asserting that it will significantly elevate Africa and challenge the existing structure of the United Nations on the continent. He believes that BRICS will provide better opportunities for Africa, helping to reshape misconceptions about the region and offering alternatives that the UN has failed to deliver.
According to Ayodele, BRICS will awaken Africa, promote stability, and foster coexistence among nations. While he anticipates some opposition to BRICS’ influence in Africa, he asserts that more nations will ultimately join, leading to greater integration and prosperity for the continent. He emphasizes that this development will address many issues currently facing Africa, paving the way for enhanced financial and economic stability.
