Rep. Idem sent fifth group of six young people from Akwa Ibom to China for advanced training in their chosen fields

Rep. Idem has sent the fifth group of six young people from Akwa Ibom to China for advanced training in their chosen fields. This initiative fulfills his commitment to train 100 youths for self-sufficiency and global competitiveness.

In a post on Facebook, he emphasized the importance of modern technology and exposure to global practices, stating that this training aims to empower the next generation of leaders in Akwa Ibom. The trainees and their respective courses include:

  • Odudu Macauley Imowo – Trade Promotion
  • Imo Sylvanus Udo – Data Security Management
  • Abasiofiok Matthew Inyang – Cross-border E-commerce
  • Ifure Emmanuel Etuk – Trade Promotion
  • Sylvester Sylvester Ebong – Data Security Management
  • Victor Akpaiya Udom – Cross-border E-commerce

Rep. Idem highlighted the significance of these opportunities and encouraged the trainees to represent Akwa Ibom and Nigeria positively. He expressed hope that they would surpass his achievements through their training and experiences. The program aims to continue periodically until the goal of training 100 participants is met.
