The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has announced a scheduled power outage in Lokoja and surrounding areas in Kogi State on Thursday, due to maintenance work on 60 megavolt-amperes transformers and switchgear at the Lokoja 330/132/33-kilovolt Transmission Substation.
The blackout will occur from 10 am to 4 pm, affecting Abuja DisCo’s ability to supply power to customers in Lokoja Town, CBN, Koton Karfe, and nearby areas. Power will be restored promptly after maintenance is completed.
