Ogun state police command raises alarm over report of missing persons.

The Ogun State Police Command has raised an alarm over a concerning rise in reports of missing persons across the state, highlighting that the trend affects individuals of all age groups.

In a statement, the command’s spokesperson, Omolola Odutola, noted that very few of the missing persons had been found, with many remaining unaccounted for.

The police have urged the public to be more vigilant and prioritize safety. The Commissioner of Police, Lanre Ogunlowo, advised parents to avoid allowing their children to travel with strangers on commercial transportation and urged youths to utilize digital communication tools for safety, particularly when traveling.

Residents are also encouraged to reach out to the police control room or the Public Relations Department for help.
