In the early hours of Tuesday, a group of criminals raided Gusau, the capital of Zamfara State, and abducted the manager of Taj Bank’s Gusau branch, Mallam Mansur Kaura, from his home.
The incident occurred around 12:30 am, with the assailants wielding sophisticated weapons and firing shots to intimidate residents.
Following the kidnapping, the bandits proceeded to terrorize other areas like Mareri, Damba, Tsauni, and Samaru within the state capital before fleeing the scene.
As of now, there has been no official statement from security authorities regarding this latest attack.
