The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the release of the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE) results. The results were made available on August 12, 2024.
Candidates can access their results by visiting WAEC Direct. This year, 1,814,344 candidates from 22,229 secondary schools took part in the exams, with a near-equal split between male (49.73%) and female (50.27%) candidates, across 76 subjects and 197 papers. Approximately 30,000 teachers supervised the examination process.
