Family members of Adene Eromosele whose case is expected to be heard today at Yaba Magistrate Court have raised alarm over the refusal of security operatives to allow them to gain entrance into the court.
Reports have it that police blocked the street leading into the court with their vehicle, News reporters were also stopped from gaining access to the venue.
The embattled Eromosele was being charged with the allegations of aiding EndSars protesters in Lagos through financial support to the youth protest that was later hijacked by hoodlums in some states in the country.
The hearing which was scheduled to hold on Monday was shifted to Tuesday.
Eromosele was arrested on November 7 by the police and whisked to Abuja, the nation’s capital, days later.
Speaking to Channels TV Sunrise Daily on Monday, Eromosele’s sister, Onomene said she was used as bait by some security operatives to get to her brother.
She, therefore, condemned the arrest of her brother and called for his release, saying he has a liver infection, and his continued detention was harmful to his health.
