The remains of Gift Ameh, the only child of popular Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh have been buried in Abuja, on Saturday, October 31st.
The native of Idoma who has featured in many Nollywood flicks and most notable for her character as Anita in 1996 movie titled “Domitilla” and as Emu Johnson in the award-winning Nigerian Tv series titled The Johnsons lost her daughter on Tuesday, October 20th, after an unsuccessful surgery.
The bereaved mother took to social media to share the sad news.
She wrote,
Fams!!! My lovely people. Pray for me, My beautiful darling Child choose to go and be with the Lord early hours of today.
Aladi Godgifts Ameh, @lalas_touch why did you choose to leave me now? Ladi how you want make I do na? I will be strong !! GOD Has to help me.
Recall that, few days ago the actress shared a video of herself on social media on the plane arriving Abuja, asking her followers and fans to continue to pray for her even as the family grieves the loss of her only child.
In her words,
“Glory be to God Almighty for his mercy!!! Fams pls y’all keep praying for me and my household.”
Gift Aladi Ameh has now been laid to rest.
