Muslim youths wing jubilate as provisional accreditation of seven courses at College of Nursing Sciences, Muslim Medical Foundation by Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

The Saki Muslim Community Youth Wing has expressed their enthusiasm over the recent provisional accreditation of seven courses at the College of Nursing Sciences, Muslim Medical Foundation Saki, by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. The accredited courses include General Nursing, Basic Midwifery, Post Basic Nursing, Post Basic Midwifery, Public Health Nursing, Community Health, and Community Midwifery.

In a statement, the Protem Chairman Abdulrosheed Okiki and Protem Secretary Sodiq Aderogba praised the collaboration and support from various stakeholders, including the League of Imams and Alfas, local Muslim leaders, and donors. They highlighted the significant investment and contributions that have led to this achievement.

The Youth Wing commended the progress in the college’s infrastructure, laboratory equipment, and its commitment to training healthcare professionals. They encouraged the continued dedication of the college’s management and staff to maintain high academic standards. The College of Nursing Sciences, which evolved from the School of Basic Midwifery, is now better positioned to offer comprehensive nursing and midwifery education following recent reforms by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
