Former President Donald Trump has issued a defiant statement following a second assassination attempt on his life. On Sunday, gunshots were fired at his golf course near West Palm Beach while he was present.
Federal authorities have confirmed that it was indeed a failed assassination attempt. In a message from his team, Trump assured his supporters that he is “safe and well,” emphasizing his determination not to be deterred.
This incident follows a previous assassination attempt months ago, in which Trump was shot in the ear.
