Nasir El-Rufai has made his stance clear about his political future. Despite the recent speculation regarding his potential presidential ambitions and his meetings with opposition figures, El-Rufai has firmly stated that he has never discussed running for any office and does not have intentions to join the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
El-Rufai, who is qualified to run for president based on age and educational requirements, emphasized that he made a decision about his political affiliations a long time ago, and nothing has changed since then. It seems like he’s committed to staying away from PDP, which he doesn’t see as a party he would consider joining.
