A road accident on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway injured 11 people on Saturday. The incident, which occurred at around 7:30 a.m. along the Interchange section, involved a Mazda bus, a Mack truck, and a Toyota Hiace bus.
The Mazda bus collided with the truck while it was attempting to maneuver into a private company’s premises. A following Toyota Hiace bus lost control and crashed into the scene. In total, 21 people were involved, with 11 sustaining injuries, including 8 males and 3 females. The injured were taken to Idera Hospital at Shagamu for treatment.
