A’Ibom ex assembly speaker task new CJN Justin Kudirat over substantial judiciary’s image.

Akwa Ibom Former speaker of the house of assembly and immediate past House of Representatives member Hon. Onofiok Luke has called on the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, to implement substantial reforms to bolster the judiciary’s image and strengthen the rule of law.

In a statement, Luke praised Kekere-Ekun’s appointment as a well-deserved recognition of her dedication to the legal profession. He expressed confidence that her leadership would lead to enhanced efficiency and improved conditions within the judiciary.

Luke also highlighted the recent increase in judicial salaries, endorsed by President Bola Tinubu, as a milestone that would be further beneficial under Kekere-Ekun’s tenure.
