The Presidency has addressed recent reports suggesting a rift between President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.
According to a statement from Shettima’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Communications, Stanley Nkwocha, these claims are unfounded. Nkwocha emphasized that Shettima enjoys the full confidence and support of President Tinubu and is a key member of the administration.
The statement, issued on Shettima’s 58th birthday, dismissed the rumors as “illogical conspiracy theories” and highlighted Shettima’s commitment and support for Tinubu’s vision for Nigeria.
