An Amur tiger has attacked and killed a man in Russia’s Far East, specifically in Primorye Territory. The tragic incident occurred near the village of Zimniki in the Dalnerechensky District, approximately 480 km northeast of Vladivostok. Local authorities, including police officers and wildlife specialists, are currently investigating the site.

The Amur tiger, a species with a population of around 750 individuals, is listed as Endangered on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species, highlighting concerns over its conservation status.
