Popular activist lawyer Deji Adeyanju has voiced that the failures of President Bola Tinubu’s administration are causing him to reminisce about the tenure of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
In a teaser for the upcoming episode of ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast, Adeyanju criticized Tinubu’s leadership, saying, “Tinubu is making me miss Buhari as bad as Buhari is. Because Buhari cannot recognize even the country he destroyed.”
He accused Tinubu of taking nepotism to new extremes, noting that out of 13 recent appointments, 11 were Yoruba. He questioned Tinubu’s reputed strategic abilities by highlighting the increase in the dollar exchange rate from about N700 to N1,600, and the price hikes for basic goods, such as eggs and noodles.
