During the Safi Boys Club’s retirement celebration for the columnist for The Guardian, Prof. Tony Esijolomi Afejuku, who just retired from the University of Benin (UNIBEN) as a lecturer, he was showered with compliments.

Prof. Nyerhovwo Tonukari, who read the citation for the honoree, emphasized Afejuku’s considerable contributions to academics as well as his vital influence on students and coworkers.
He praised the celebrant for his commitment to service excellence, outstanding leadership, and dedication.

They expressed their profound admiration for Afejuku, claiming that he had a significant impact on academia.
Kofi Teye praised the professor’s dedication to education and his extraordinary capacity to influence young people.
Afejuku deserves the praise that has been given to him by the public, according to Teye, who recalled how the professor inspired him to pursue a higher degree in English.
