The Federal Government has announced that the next phase of recruitment for the Nigeria Immigration Service and the Federal Fire Service will commence in August.
The Secretary of the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board, Ja’afaru Ahmed, confirmed that this stage of recruitment, originally scheduled to end by June 15, 2024, will now conclude before the end of September 2024.
Ahmed mentioned that all shortlisted candidates will receive notifications regarding the next steps in the recruitment process via their provided contact details.
He also apologized for the delay in completing the process, citing a recent nationwide manpower audit as the reason.
