Rivers State High Court in Port Harcourt has postponed its decision on a case involving the leadership dispute within the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The case revolves around the removal of certain elected executives and the appointment of a caretaker committee.
The court heard final arguments from both sides and has reserved judgment, with the date to be communicated to the parties within 48 hours.
This follows a previous ruling where an application for joinder was dismissed as lacking merit, with a fine awarded in favor of the claimants.
