The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has extended the collection period for Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) in Edo State to September 15, in preparation for the governorship election scheduled for September 21.
The extension, starting from September 13, follows a request from stakeholders, including political parties, traditional and religious leaders, and civil society organizations. PVCs will be available for pickup at INEC’s 18 local government offices in the state from 9 am to 5 pm daily.
