Katsina Governor Dikko hands over to deputy, embark on vacation

Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda will be on vacation for one month starting July 18, 2024.

During his absence, Deputy Governor Faruk Jobe will assume his responsibilities. The vacation was formally approved following a letter to the Speaker of the State House of Assembly.

This marks only the second time in the state’s history that such a formal vacation and handover to the deputy governor have been undertaken. Governor Radda urged the public to support Deputy Governor Jobe during his acting tenure.
