The new executive chairman Lagelu LGA, Hon.Kamorudeen has announces the appointed of an erstwhile chairman of the council Hon. Jide Adeniran as head of the Development Planning Committee Advisory, Development Planning Committees to kick off his new administration in the council.
The appointment came shortly after taking oath of office administered by Gov. Seyi Makinde at government house on Friday 24th May, 2023.
The new Executive Chairman Hon. Kamorudeen during his reception also perform the inauguration ceremony, and oath taking for his 14 new councilors.
An estimated thousands of people swarmed on the local government secretariat to welcome the new chairman in grand style.
While delivering his inaugural address, the new Lagelu chairman announced an Advisory Committee and a Development Planning and Research Committee for the smooth running of his new administration.
