The Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSSIEC) has officially sworn in its new Electoral Officers (EOs) and Assistant Electoral Officers (AEOs) in preparation for the local government elections scheduled for February 22, 2025.
Chairman Hashim Abioye emphasized the importance of these appointments for ensuring a successful and credible election process.
He urged the officers to remain focused and dedicated, highlighting their duty to the commission and the entire state.
Abioye also affirmed that OSSIEC will adhere to due process and deliver an election that meets high standards of credibility.
