Tinubu to Wike, focus on your assignment in Abuja, fed govt will not involve in river’s crisis.

President Bola Tinubu has urged the Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, to focus on his duties in Abuja, reiterating that the presidency will not take sides in the ongoing political crisis in Rivers State.

According to Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, anyone expecting the President to support their position in the crisis will be disappointed. During a TVC interview, Ngelale emphasized that the presidency will not allow any attempts to disrupt the Rivers State Government’s operations.

Ngelale stated, “The President will ensure that all parties have the necessary resources to function effectively. He will also prevent any attempts to hinder the Rivers State Government from conducting its affairs in a manner that benefits the people of Rivers State.”

The presidency has called on all stakeholders to understand its neutral stance in the crisis, urging them to work together to find a resolution.
