Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State recently addressed the newly appointed commissioners, chairmen, and members of the Governing Council of Tertiary Institutions, urging them to view their appointments not as privileges but as responsibilities.

During their swearing-in ceremony, he emphasized the need for diligence, transparency, and accountability in their roles.

Mutfwang stressed that their collective commitment to public service would be key in achieving the administration’s goals of good governance, infrastructure development, and educational reforms.

He also challenged them to implement government policies effectively and to introduce innovative ideas to drive progress for the state, particularly in higher education.
