Self-control is the greatest key in the journey of life. If you want to be successful and go far in this life in anything, you need this key. It’s a must and a command if you want to fulfill your destiny here on earth, without which there is no hope and future for you.
Note, marriage doesn’t cure lust, if it did, adultery wouldn’t exist. Don’t view marriage as a sex release. Self-control is still a requirement. Lust doesn’t care if you are married or single. You may be Solomon in wisdom, or David in praise, or Abraham in faith, or Joshua in war, or Elijah in prayer, or even Apostle Paul in preaching and teaching, but if you are not Joseph in discipline, you will end up like Samson in destruction and cut short your life and destiny.
Singles be careful, any person who is living in sin with you now is 99% likely to sin against you if you people eventually get married. Sex before marriage is a rehearsal for adultery. No person who truly loves you will want you to offend God to please him or her. Anybody who wants that is a snare to your life and destiny, he or she is a very dangerous person to commit your life and future to. Flee away from adultery and anything related to it, for God, hate it so much with passion, it attracts curse upon yourself and even extends to generations. Be warned. The choice is yours.
Discipline yourself, for the way you appeared, determines how people address you. And anything that is flashy will flash out, for it has no long life in view. Ladies, if you always dress up seductively and to kill, you will always attract boys that will always take you out to a flashy place to kill your career and destiny. But when you dress up godly and responsible, you will attract real men that will take you to the altar and home to build together. “Bible says, a wise woman builds her home, but a foolish woman tears hers down by her own hands”. “And a beautiful woman without discretion is like a gold ring on pigs snout”. Meaning a beautiful face on an empty head. “And also says that a worthy wife is a crown for her husband, but a disgraceful woman is like cancer in his bones”. I didn’t say so, the bible said so.
Be wise, go for somebody who has what you need and not what you want. There is a very big difference between want and need. Most times, what people want they don’t need it. Not everything that is good is right for you. All that glitters are not gold. Not every good or caring person is right for you, understand that and let the Holy Spirit be your director. Friendship/relationship is not by decision but by discovery, and discovery is a product of knowledge.
