The national caucus and national executive committee (NEC) sessions of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will take place on July 10 and 11, respectively.
Iyiola Omisore, the APC’s national secretary, made this announcement in a notification on Tuesday.
According to Omisore, the APC constitution’s clauses 12.5 and 25.2(i) were invoked in order to call the meetings.
Among those who could attend both meetings, according to Omisore, are the president, vice president, senate president, speaker of the house of representatives, national chairman, deputy chairs (north and south), national secretary, national legal adviser, national treasurer, national organizing secretary, national youth leader, and national leader of people with disabilities.
Both former vice president Yemi Osinbajo and former president Muhammadu Buhari are anticipated to attend.
While the national caucus meeting will take place at the presidential villa, the NEC meeting will take place at the Transcorp Hilton the next day.
